I also have a separate free space within the community for younger women who have unique needs. I don't charge for this space so you can invite your daughter to have her own support system too.

Hey Ladies 👋, I'm Loraine Mazzolini and I am the host leading this amazing community of women.
A little about me... I earned my certification 📜 as a Health Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN) in September of 2016. At the same time, I became a travel softball 🥎 coach, so I have always been know as "Coach Lo" to my clients and my players.
Using my 55 years of personal experience dealing with my own weight, hormonal and boundaries issues, combining it with my formal education, and my real world experience working with private coaching clients PLUS "nerd alert" studying health information from experts & research papers EVERY SINGLE day, I feel uniquely positioned to support you.
My husband and I have 2 teenagers, a 19 year old daughter and a 16 year old son. My daughters struggles with irregular and heavy periods and my sons acne and gut issues led me to dive deep into understanding how much hormones affect our body.
I have a deep passion, a God given purpose really, plus I possess the necessary knowledge, personal experience and communication skills to lead this spirited group of women in achieving their personal goals. I will provide you actionable ways to get there.

We won't try to accomplish all of this in one week or one month or it wouldn't be attainable. Instead, we use Monthly Themes, Informative Articles, Live streams, Weekly Questions, Polls and Challenges plus members communicating with other members to support our goals and each other.
This does require commitment and patience on your part but you WILL attain your best year yet and almost as rewarding will be that you are helping others attain their goals along side you!!
